Cultural Influences

I loved the cultural roots project. Putting this together reinforced how happy and lucky I am for the life I have and the things I went through to get here. Emotional intelligence is so important, and to have a high EQ, you need to understand yourself first.

Leadership Theory

I have a passion for leadership and this Manifesto video was a fun project that clearly articulates my foundational leadership principles and displays a bit of my irreverent side. We all continue to evolve and this project was a great way for me to take a hard look at my core beliefs as a leader and helped me further refine my leadership philosophy.

Data Collection, Analysis, & Application

The data analysis block of instruction was extremely helpful. Learning to build a valid survey has already allowed me to provide usable and accurate data to my command team as they work to address some issues in the organizational climate.

Ethics

I was torn about which artifiact to include here. Ethics is so important and my paper about the use of AI in Military Decision Support Systems was a tie with this presentation on free speech. Given these politically charged times, I decided that free speech was the topic to display.
